Located between Kirkfield on the east and Bolsover to the West, Canal Lake is the most north-western of the Kawartha Lakes.  Canal Lake is located on the Trent Severn waterway, and is the first lake east of Lake Simcoe. If you are navigating the Trent Severn system, Canal Lake is located between lock #37 Bolsover & Lock #38 Kirkfield lift lock.
